The event is organised by ULIX d.o.o., Miramarska 26, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 26561427801. ULIX d.o.o. is the controller of your data.

When you book we collect your full name, email, company and role, your answer about the biggest bottleneck in your business, the number of seats and the price locked for you.

We use this data to run your booking, the event and any related payment. The legal basis is taking steps at your request for the booking or contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where the law requires it, we also process it to meet a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We do not use it for marketing, and the site has no analytics. The checkbox on the form confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent to marketing.

We keep your data only as long as needed to run the booking, the event and any related payment, and to settle open requests and legal claims. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Accounting documents, if any arise, are handled separately under the applicable law.

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the bookings, processing the data on our behalf.

When you submit the form, your browser keeps your name, email, company, answer, number of seats, quoted price and a random request key in that tab for a short time. This is needed so the submission can be retried safely if the connection fails. It is not used for tracking, and it is cleared as soon as the booking is confirmed or finally refused.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the use of your data, and the other rights the law gives you. Some rights are limited, for example when we must keep data for a legal obligation or a legal claim.
